All properties require a percentage concerning what type of auction by category is taking place. In which the seller will endorse the awarded percentage to the auctioneer upon the current initial bid. Property will be sold “as is” - where is without expressed or implied guarantee or warranty. As then the seller will furnish a good and marketable title to property.
